Select text > Alt+P > Instantly proofread/fix grammar, spelling, and punctuation on any text using Gemini AI.

🔷 How to set it up?

1. Download the setup 👇

   ProofixAI Setup v0.1.1.zip

   • I’ve compiled the AutoHotkey (what is AutoHotKey?) script to .exe file. Here’s the source code if you’re interested.

2. Extract the zip file → open ProofixAI Setup.exe

3. It’ll do all this stuff automatically 👇

   

4. In the above menu 👆 click Get Gemini API for Free → it’ll open up the Google AI Studio website (ai.dev)

5. Click Create API key

6. Copy the generated key

   

7. Open ProofixAI folder → open geminiAPI.txt file → paste your key → save and exit.

8. Open ProofixAI.ahk

That’s it! Just select the text and press Alt+P to proofread/correct the grammar and punctuation.

Press Alt+L to see the logs/history.
